Please give your real first name when you request a recipe.
There are a lot of requests for this recipe on the Internet. No one has had any success locating it.
One reason is because most all of their food was prepared at the Secaucus, New Jersey commissary and then transported to the shops. None of the employees at the shops would have had any idea of recipes for the food. So, probably the only way to obtain this recipe would be to get it from a former employee of the Secaucus, NJ Choc Full-O-Nuts commissary who worked there before 1991.
I'll post this for reader input.
