Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten is a celebrity chef and restaurateur who has opened dozens of restaurants, including "Fern" at St Regis Bahia Beach Resort in Puerto Rico. Although he's served several versions of French toast, the only one that I can find a recipe for is the roasted apple French toast on his website here:
