I cannot find any mention of a "goat bird chicken," so I am going to eliminate that.
There is a "Go Go Bird Chicken Restaurant" in Los Angeles, California, but since that one is "Go Go Bird Chicken" and not "Go Bird Chicken," I am going to eliminate it, too.
That seems to leave "Go Bird Restaurant" in Portsmouth, Virginia and in Richmond, Virginia. They have a website at: Go Bird Virginia

Sorry, I cannot find even a hint or a mention of their ingredients or a recipe for their chicken.
Please, if you request a recipe from a restaurant, always tell me the correct name and location of the restaurant.
