I was confused for a minute or two regarding this dressing because Bianco's menu at: Bianco's Italian Restaurant Menu only lists four dressings:
Choice of Dressing:
Our Own Garlic Dressing
Roquefort Cheese
French
Oil and Wine Vinegar
No "Italian" listed. I kept reading, and it turns out that they called their Italian Dressing "Garlic Dressing" because it was heavy on the garlic.
I could only find one recipe that claimed to be Bianco's. See below. However, I found a statement that "Reed's" Italian Dressing tastes similar, if you can find it.
