Sorry, I do not have it and I had no success finding it.

I believe that Kelbo’s was at 11434 W. Pico Blvd., West Los Angeles. I found a photo of their menu here: Kelbo's Menu

There's an article here that calls the dressing "King Kelbo’s Fifteen Hundred Island Dressing": Los Angeles Times

Another site calls it "ten thousand island dressing" but most mentions of it just call it "Thousand Island Dressing." The Kelbo's menu just calls it "Kelbo's Famous Salad Dressing."

I'll post this for reader input.

Hello Tony,

I did a quick Google search and found these possible leads. Check them out. One is an 2014 interview with Jim Kelley. Apparently he was in musical group with Joe Nania. He would be about 80 or so now if still living. He might be James P. Kelley of Castaic, California.
