I found so few mentions of this restaurant that I began to wonder if it ever existed. I found only a couple of photos of the dining room, certainly no recipes and no mention of their Turkey Mornay. There was no mention of the restaurant in any of our books on notable restaurants of the past, as well. Sorry. I will post this for reader comment. Phaed
