Do you think you can try and find it for me? -- Mahalo, Kristen Hi Kristen, Well, they don't bottle and sell their Italian dressing any more, but they still bottle and sell their "bleu cheese" dressing, or so it seems. I've never seen a company give away a recipe after they've discontinued the product. The recipe that they themselves used probably had commercial ingredients and made twenty-five gallons or more of the dressing at a time. Perhaps they think that they might bring it back someday and if people had the recipe there would be no market for it. I think the best that you can hope for is a "copycat recipe" or a "tastes-like" recipe or recommendation. I could not find either a copycat recipe or a "tastes-like" or even a list of ingredients today, but I'll post this for reader input. Phaed
