Hello John, I'm afraid that I must disappoint you regarding your requests. I have scans of many of the F.W. Woolworth's Lunch Counter recipes from their recipe manual, but what I have is incomplete. Their hamburger, French fries, milkshakes and most of their desserts are not included in what I have. I searched my usual online and print resources as well, and had no success there. I had lunch at Woolworth's many times myself as a child, and I had the same foods as those you list at least some of the those times, but I have no inkling of  Woolworth's particular preparation method for them, nor do I have any idea of what kind of mayonnaise they used. I will post this for reader input. Phaed
