I hadn't heard of it until I received your email. Now I've head of it a lot because it's mentioned
a lot in items on the web. However, I cannot find any recipes at all for any of its products. When
Freedman's closed, they sold their recipes for corn rye bread and Kneip kaiser rolls to Harvest
House Bakery in Howell, but people complain that Harvest House versions are not the same. Bakery
recipes are problematic - bakeries and their employees usually don't give them out. Sometimes someone
creates a copycat, but there are none in this case.
I'll post this for reader input.
