Hi Phaed

it's been a while.

Are you still around?

I have a recipe but no baking instructions.

4 medium sweet apples
4 large eggs
5 tablespoons Cocoa
1 tsp baking powder.
And olive oil to grease loaf container.

It sounds and looks delicious but with eggs, I'm assuming it is baked?
Would be lovely if you could still help me there.

kindest regards

Susan
