Hi Jim,
I have created particular link pages for recipes that I get a lot of requests for. In the upper right hand corner of each of my pages, there is a link to a page for those recipes called "Popular Requests". That will take you to an index page for those. Then, on that page, you will see a link to "Morrison's Cafeteria". That link will take you to an index page for all of the Morrison's Cafeteria recipes that I have found so far:

Morrison's Fried Chicken
They used the same batter for fried shrimp and for fried eggplant, with the garlic being omitted for the eggplant. In the later years, before they were sold, Morrison's began using a commercial batter mix for their fried foods. If that's the one you want, I'm afraid you're out of luck because I have not been able to determine a brand name for it, much less a recipe to duplicate it. The recipes at the links above would be what they used before they switched.
