Hello Mauri,
Sorry, I do not have this recipe and I could not find any mention of it as "coconut cream pie." The only mention that I could find of a coconut pie from Mckenzie's Bakery in New Orleans was in an old newspaper ad from the bakery, and it listed only "coconut pie," not "coconut cream pie." That might have been the same thing, but I could not find a recipe for it at all under either name.
I will post this for reader input.
