Hello Terry,
I cannot find a recipe for the school cafeteria cinnamon rolls from either El Cerrito High School or Richmond Unified School District in California.
El Cerrito High School Class of 1975 has an alumni Facebook Page at: El Cerrito High School Class of 1975
There is another link at: El Cerrito High School Class of 1975
There is a cinnamon roll specific page at: Cinnamon Rolls
Your best hope might be to post your request on those pages.
Sorry, I cannot search for a recipe by how the end product looked. If that recipe were online, it would have to specifically mention El Cerrito High School or Richmond Unified School District before I could find it.
I will post this. Perhaps a former lunch lady from El Cerrito HS will see it and respond.
