Hello.

I am a 1975 graduate of El Cerrito High School, a part of the Richmond Unified
School district in California and the school cafeteria use to have fresh baked
cinnamon rolls - much like sticky buns, though not as sticky - that were in two
shapes depending on where they were cut at.  One was perfectly rounder with
even pull apart strips and the other was an end as a giant folded dough section.
Both were delicious.  Don't know or recall if this recipe is available for mass
quantities or a small bake pan.

Thank you for your time and effort.

Hello Terry,

I cannot find a recipe for the school cafeteria cinnamon rolls from either El Cerrito High School or Richmond Unified School District in California.

El Cerrito High School Class of 1975 has an alumni Facebook Page at:  El Cerrito High School Class of 1975

There is another link at: El Cerrito High School Class of 1975

There is a cinnamon roll specific page at: Cinnamon Rolls

Your best hope might be to post your request on those pages.

Sorry, I cannot search for a recipe by how the end product looked. If that recipe were online, it would have to specifically mention El Cerrito High School or Richmond Unified School District before I could find it.

I will post this. Perhaps a former lunch lady from El Cerrito HS will see it and respond.
