Baked Chicken Saluto	 

1 chicken, cut into equal pieces
3 tsp. onion powder
2 boxes frozen peas
1/2 c. water
Sea salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. garlic powder
4 lg. potatoes, cut French fry style
2 tbsp. butter

Grease the pan with 2 tablespoons of butter, and lay the chicken pieces down, 
and sprinkle with garlic and onion powders. Add water. Set in oven at 350 to 400
degrees. Allow to cook undisturbed for 20-25 minutes, then turn the chicken 
pieces over. Now add the peas and potatoes and continue baking for 15-18 
minutes or until potatoes are done. Serve with corn muffins. Serves 6-8.
