Hello Vernon,
Sorry, no luck. I could not find any mention at all of Wyatt's "Cutlet Supreme". There are a lot of unsuccessful requests on web message boards for Wyatt's "Chicken Fried Steak" recipe. The only thing that I could find about it is that it was actually veal, rather than ordinary beef steak.
As for the sauce, there are a lot of sauce recipes that have the name "supreme sauce". There is also a traditional sauce called "sauce supreme", which is made from another sauce called "veloute sauce". However, there's not much consistency between recipes with that name, and I found no indication of the one used by Wyatt's.
There is a traditional dish in the south called "chicken fried steak with cream sauce" or "cream gravy." Wyatt's dish may have been simply a variation on that, but I never had Wyatt's "Cutlet Supreme", so I could not recommend any recipe that did not specifically mention Wyatt's.
I'll post this for reader input.
