Stove Top Stuffing Chicken Casserole	 

Chicken (white)
Celery tops
2 bay leaves
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. chicken stock
1 (8 oz.) box Stove Top stuffing

Boil chicken with celery tops, onion, and bay leaves. Cover and cook 20 minutes or
until tender. Cool; take meat off bones and cut into bite size pieces. Mix 1 pint sour
cream and 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Put in casserole dish.
Stove Top stuffing - melt 1/4 pound butter, 1 cup chicken stock, 8 - ounce box stuffing. 
Put on top of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
