All of the donuts and pies sold at Chock Full O' Nuts were prepared at the Secaucus, New Jersey commissary and then transported to the shops. None of the employees at the shops would have had any idea of recipes for the food.
The only recipe or copycat for any of their products that has ever appeared online is one for their date nut bread. There is a link to it on the page linked above.
