There is a site called "Selected Recipe" that has a page with the words "Hough Bakery Hot Cross Bun Recipe" prominently placed on it for the search engines to key on and three links to hot cross bun recipes on various sites. However, none of those recipes demonstrates any link at all to Hough Bakery. See: Selected Recipe. Be that as it may, the recipes at those links might be good recipes for hot cross buns, just not "Hough Bakery" hot cross buns, so you might want to give them a try. Phaed
