The China Garden Restaurant in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, closed in the 1990s. There are
restaurants by that name in places nearby, such as Willow Grove and Kennett Square, but I could
find no connection between them and no "almond sauce" recipe from any restaurant with that name.
There are several "almond sauce" recipes on the web, but I could not find any indication that
one of them might be similar to the one you want. I'll post this for reader input.
