I believe these were called "rolled-style Raspberry and Lemon Pastries/Tarts." I do not have this recipe and I could not locate it anywhere.
The absolute best way to find Van de Kamp's recipes is to join the Facebook Page and post your request there. My understanding is that someone who posts there has or is duplicating the lemon tarts recipe.
