Lots of people have been looking for this recipe for quite a while. No one has had any success. It doesn't appear that anyone has been able to create a copycat. Possibly Mrs. Winner's has been able to create a mix for their "cinnamon swirls" using some commercial ingredients that may not be available to the general public. It's likely that the mix is made at some central location and shipped out to the local stores. Employees at the local stores probably don't even know what's in it.
