Hi Teresa,

Sorry, I can't find any mention of a "Carousel Restaurant" in Gatlinburg, TN. There is a "Mellow Mushroom" Restaurant that has a carousel in it, but no "chicken mushroom melt" on the menu, and there is a "Carousel Gardens" shopping mall.

I will post this for reader input.
