Hello Bi-Lan,
I am sorry. I had no success finding any mention at all of "health bread" or "datenut bread" or "date-nut bread" " or "date nut bread" from "Frederick & Nelson" or "Frederick and Nelson" or "the Paul Bunyan Room."
I have had very little success finding recipes for anything from Frederick & Nelson in twenty years of doing this site. The only recipe for one of their products that I have found is for their "Frango Mint Cake" and even that one may not be the original.
