The best red velvet cake in the world and I mean it!!! I know lot’s of people say that,
but I really, truly, truly mean it. I don’t know how in the world the cake is so moist
and almost wet (you gotta trust me on this), but that icing- man that icing.
Here’s what I have about the bakery:

Corona’s Bakery
201 Market Street
Hammond, LA 70401

It seems to be an Italian family owned bakery. It closed down, but then reopened
by a lady named Peggy, who is in the family (she is a fitness instructor that had
one of those old wooden Wagoneer vehicles). And there may be a girl in the Family
named De’Shai/De’Shay Mason...and they had the best petit fours too.

I hope you can help me.

Best,
Christie B.

Hi Christie,
