Hello Robert,
Do you want just any shrimp diablo recipe or is there one in particular that you have eaten and want a recipe for? If so, where did you have it?

Hello Robert,
Sorry, I cannot find a printed recipe for Piccadilly's "Shrimp Diablo."
However, a Piccadilly chef made a video for charity of himself making "Shrimp Diablo." Go here: YouTube: Shrimp Diablo
You can watch the video on YouTube. Listen carefully - he tells each ingredient and some of the method as he makes the dish - both ingredient name and amount. (sort of)
If you listen closely, you can write down each ingredient and what he does. Then you'll have a recipe. You may have to watch the video several times to get it right, but that may be the only way that you can get it.

This is the ingredient list/recipe from the video, such as it is:
Piccadilly Shrimp Diablo margarine or butter small yellow onion 2 ribs celery 1 small bell pepper (saute until wilted) add 7 ounces cooked smoked sausage add 2 lbs fresh peeled shrimp (cook until pink) basil thyme white pepper granulated garlic salt tomato puree
