I'm sorry to say that I didn't have much luck with this search.
The only recipe that I could find that mentioned tasting like Entenmann's Lemon Danish is this one, which isn't actually a Danish at all:
Braided Lemon Bread
The only recipe that I could find that had any form of coconut is this one, which calls for coconut flour: Low-Carb Lemon Danish
These don't mention Entennman's at all, and they have no coconut in any form, but they sound like they would make a tasty lemon Danish:
