This was sometime in the mid 1960's, when it was still a high school. Thanks, Rose
Hello Rose,
I cannot find any mention at all of the homemade tomato juice served in the cafeteria of Lumen Cordium High School.
I think your best path to finding this recipe would be to join this Facebook group that consists of former teachers, nuns and students of Lumen Cordium High School:
It is a "private group" but all that means is that they only want former teachers, nuns, employees and students of Lumen Cordium High School to be able to read and post messages on it. You would certainly meet that requirement since you are a former student. It's almost certain that many people in that Facebook group would remember that tomato juice and one of them probably remembers the recipe, or at least the ingredients. Just click on the link or copy and paste it into your browser. When the page has loaded, click on "Join Group" and then follow the instructions. Once you are accepted as a member, post your request there regarding the tomato juice.
I will post this for reader input.
