for the jello mold: orange jello, i think softened vanilla ice cream, maybe
cottage cheese and maybe pineapple pieces. Maybe even cream cheese.

The lack of certainty in the description you give of this Jello salad dish makes this a very difficult task. However, I did find a recipe with a photo that seems to fit.
