Hi Kristine,

I found four possibilities, one of them called "palatschinken." However, "palatschinken" are more like crepes than like what we call pancakes. They are rolled up, and they are traditionally filled with apricot jam, chocolate-walnut filling, or cheese. It might be unusual, but someone might use a blueberry filling. See: Palatschinken

These Austrian dishes use blueberries and are much closer to what we would call blueberry pancakes:

Nocken

Kaiserschmarrn

Moosbeenidei

Hi Phaed,

My mom is from Austria so I am very familiar with the blueberry pancakes
of which I believe the writer speaks . Here is a link to an Austrian recipe
(unfortunately in German but google translate should work).
By the way, they are delicious!

Gusto - Heidelbeer Datschi

Best,
Nitza
