It appears that the only place that this particular "Jasper Pie" exists is at the Broadway Diner in Colombia, Missouri. Probably the only way you're ever going to get the actual recipe is from The Broadway Diner itself or from an employee or former employee of the diner. However, they describe their Jasper Pie as "Packed with juicy blueberries in a rich sour cream custard, topped with a buttery crumble" and there are other recipes for a blueberry sour cream pie with a a crumble topping.
