The package says only this: Monosodium glutamate, spices, salt.
I did not have any success finding a recipe or a copycat or a tastes-like for this commercial seasoning mix, and I have no idea what the "spices" might be. There are some "henny penny chicken" recipes on the web, but none of them is even close to the same thing as the commercial product - they just use the name.
I'll post this for reader input.
