Sorry, I had no success with this search. The few Google links for it appear to lead to malware sites.

You might find a copy of that December 1997 issue of Chocolatier for sale on one of the sites that sells back issues of magazines. However, I did not find it on either E-Bay or "Back Issues".

That recipe also might be in one of the cookbooks published by the editors of Chocolatier Magazine. They are each available used for less than $5.00 + shipping via Amazon.
