Hi Julie,
Sorry, I can't find any mention at all of carrot loaf or carrot cake from Cultures Restaurant.
They have an online menu at: Cultures Restaurants
Other than their own website, they seem to have a very small web presence.
I'll post this for reader input. Maybe one of my Canadian readers can assist.
