I cannot find a coffee cake recipe that fits your description. The closest recipe that I can find is called a bread, not a coffee cake. See: Kellogs.com

I think this is as close as the reader who wanted the all-bran coffee cake is going to get. 
I have the Kellogs cookbook (2006) and there are several variations of this for muffins and 
similar recipes using corn flakes, raisin bran.
