Rich’s Chocolate Chess Pie

Recipe Doubled:
2 frozen pie crust (I used gf) ~ Deep Dish is Best
4 cups of sugar
10 tablespoons of cocoa powder
4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour (I used GF flour)
6 eggs beaten
12 oz can of evaporated milk
2 sticks of melted butter

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. With electric mixer beat eggs.
Add evaporated milk and beat to incorporate. Mix sugar, cocoa,
and flour together. Then, pour mixture into eggs and milk
mixture. Lastly, slowly add butter in while mixing. Bake for
an hour to an hour 10 minutes or until just firm with a little
jiggle in center.
