in Chicago. 
I've been told that it was pink, but I've never seen it myself.

I cannot find any recipe, copycat recipe, or "tastes-like" recipe for Marshall Fields' Walnut Room Rum Cake. The only mention of it that I could find at all is here: Data Lounge: ...the pink Rum cake with dark chocolate coins"
