Sorry, no luck. No recipe, no copycat, no "tastes-like".
I recently had contact with a former Rich's Bake Shop Holiday Manager who informed me that none of Rich's cakes were actually baked in the Rich's stores. They were baked by Danco Bakery Distributors and delivered frozen to the individual stores. Because of that, it's highly unlikely that the actual recipe for the caramel cake will ever be available.
