I don’t remember the name of this recipe but it had a baked crust.
Then it had cream cheese and dill and probably something else that
you spread over the crust. Then you put whatever veggies you wanted
over it. Onions, peppers, broccoli, zucchini, etc all cut up fine.
You served it cold and it was delicious! The crust was really good
but I can’t find the recipe and I don’t even remember what was in
the crust. I know it wasn’t really crunchy and it wasn’t pizza dough.
Maybe it had Bisquick in it?

Hi Michelle,

Could the crust have been made of refrigerator crescent dinner rolls?

Yes that was it.

Hello Michelle,

Okay. I have some recipes like that. See below for three.

1 can crescent dinner rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. dry Knorr vegetable soup mix

Assorted raw vegetables (broccoli, squash, green or red peppers,
onions, zucchini, tomatoes (anything you like)
Flatten dinner rolls on cookie sheet and bake until done.
Mix dry soup mix with softened cream cheese. Cool bread
completely then spread with mixture. Sprinkle your choice of
finely chopped vegetables (add tomatoes just before serving to
keep it from getting soggy). Cut into bite size pieces - to be
eaten with fingers.
