Sorry, I do not have, and I could not locate, ZCMI Tiffany Room's recipe for Chicken & Broccoli Crepes. There are several recipes for chicken & broccoli crepes on the web, but I can't recommend one without ever having tasted the Tiffany Room crepes.

I think that probably your best option would be to write to the food columnist of the Salt Lake Tribune or The Deseret News. I know they have published ZCMI recipes in the past.

I will post this for reader input. Perhaps one of my readers has a recipe or can provide some insight.
