You gotta think about giving more information about your requests. Don't make me guess.

If "Jerry's Dogs" in Elizabeth, NJ is the place you mean, then you're outta luck. Jerry's has kept the ingredients of their chili sauce a secret, and I can't find any copycats or "tastes-likes".

Sorry, Bull, no joy with "Jerry's Famous Frankfurters", either.  These guys just don't give out information about their chili recipes.  Almost all of the hot dog sauces in the Northeast and Great Lakes states were originally Greek sauces.  You can try these Greek sauces:

i agree those guys are not big talkers, i found 2 recipes that i think would get me at least get me close...
thought I'd pass them on, im sure it will get me within 2-3 add'l ingredients ... njoy

Authentic Greek Hot Dog Sauce


    1/2 lb ground sirloin or ground beef
    1 small onion finely chopped
    15 oz chicken stock
    15 oz tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp ground cloves
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp allspice
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1 tbs garlic powder
    1 tbs onion powder
    1 tbs butter

Greek Hot Dog Sauce


1 pound ground beef
2 medium onions, peeled and finely diced
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 can (15 ounce size) tomato sauce
2 cups water
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
