Hough Bakery Hot Cross Buns Lead: There was a group of Catholic nuns

for them around this time of the year. People lined up. I do not know

where the recipe is. Try Euclid Fish. Those old timers know everyone.

Hi Trevi,
I didn't have any better luck than you had. I won't contact Euclid Fish.
I don't get involved with emailing people or businesses like that to ask
about recipes. The only thing that I found about Hough's Hot Cross Buns
is that they were from an old English recipe, delicately spiced and
topped with sugar. Archie's Bakery, in Beachwood, Ohio, has many, if
not all, of Hough's recipes, and they make the hot cross buns seasonally,
using the Hough recipe. See: Archie's Hough Bakery
I'll post this. Someone might respond with some additional information.
