Hi Kim,
I cannot find any mention of the J L Hudson Bakery's "Orange Cake" at all.
I found three scans of J L Hudson's restaurant menus with some sort or orange cake listed under desserts:
Orange Graham Cracker Layer Cake
Orange Golden Snow Layer Cake
There was one other menu that listed "Orange Pecan.... Layer Cake." However, it was such a dim photo that
I could not make out the full entry. None of the menus had just "orange cake" listed.
I could not find recipes for any of these, nor any for an "Orange Cake" from Hudson's Bakery.
I'll post this for reader input.
