I have searched forever for the recipe, Magic Pan's Tomato Florentine Soup, not found.
Any ideas? Thank you, annie
Hi Annie,
I searched everywhere that I can think of, including several Magic Pan menus that
have been scanned and posted on the web, but I cannot find even a mention that Magic
Pan ever served "Tomato Florentine Soup." That doesn't mean that they didn't, but if
they did, it was probably not a regular menu item. They had a rotating "Soup du jour"
or "Soup of the Day", and Tomato Florentine might have been one of the rotating
"soups of the day" at some point.
I did find a Magic Pan menu that had a "Baked Tomato Florentine" listed as a side
dish - not a soup, but a side dish. That same menu has a "Tomato Basil Soup" listed
under Soups. Tomato Florentine soup has spinach, not basil. That menu is here: Magic Pan Menu
I have an entire page devoted to Magic Pan recipes here: Magic Pan
I've been collecting Magic Pan recipes for that page for years, but I have never
seen any mention of Magic Pan Tomato Florentine soup.
I'll post this for reader input.
