You might try the two recipes that I posted in response to that previous request,
or you might try the ones on these sites:
Since I never had Van de Kamp's molasses cookies, there's no way I could recommend a recipe as being close to them. To do so, I would have to have tasted both the Van de Kamp's cookies and the recommended recipe cookies.
I'll post this for reader input.
