Well, it all depends on what you mean by "Russian coffee cake". There are several recipes for "Russian coffee cake" on these pages:
However, If you mean "Russian coffee cake" like that which is found at Zabar's or Eli Zabar's or Delancey's in New York City, then I am afraid I cannot help you. That recipe is still not available. See this post for more information: 5-14-2012
