While I did not find any recipes or copycats specifically for Russell Stover Maple Fudge Pecan Rolls, there are several maple pecan fudge recipes on the web. Most of these have photos and they look rather good:

When I was young, my mom used to make Southern Pecan logs/rolls. They didn't have the maple, but I wonder if you used maple syrup instead of the corn syrup or if you added a bit of maple flavoring...? Anyhow, here's a recipe for them:
