I had no success finding a recipe or a copycat or a "tastes-like" for Tad's chicken and dumplings.

I did find lots of reviews of Tad's chicken and dumplings, both positive and negative. The only recipe that I could find that even mentioned Tad's was one that said their dumplings were rather bland. They give their own recipe, which they say has much more flavor:  Catz in the Kitchen

There are dozens of chicken and dumplings recipes on the web, but I could not recommend any of them as tasting like Tad's because I have never tasted Tad's.

I'll post this for reader input. Perhaps a reader who has eaten Tad's dumplings can provide a recipe that they know from experience tastes like Tad's.
