Hi Lori,
Sorry, I had no success locating a recipe or a copycat recipe or a "tastes-like" for Pioneer Mill's
corn fritters. I do have a recipe for the corn fritters from Peerless Mill Inn in Miamisburg, Ohio.
If you want that one, it's below.

Peerless Mill Inn Corn Fritters
1 (11 oz.) can cream style corn
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 oz. sugar
1 egg
1 to 1 1/2 c. flour
Mix all ingredients together. Drop batter with dipper into deep fryer and fry until golden.
Serve plain, with syrup, or with powdered sugar. Yields: 2 dozen.
