Well, I'm going to guess that you mean "Blue Boar Cafeteria", and not the unrelated "Blue Boar Cafe" or the "Blue Boar Pub."
I could not find anything regarding a shredded beef pastry or an Italian meat roll up or an Italian beef roll from Blue Boar Cafeteria. Sorry.
I found a Blue Boar Sunday menu, but this dish was not on it.
I'll post this for reader input.
