The recipe below is from my copy of the Morrison's Recipe Manual.

Morrison's Crab Meat Salad
Crab meat(fresh white only) 1 pound
Celery(cut fine) 1/2 pound
Mayonnaise 5 ounces
Hard boiled eggs(chopped) 4
Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish with lemon slices
Serve on bed of lettuce
Yield: 7 orders per pound of crab meat.
